Working with Rikki was an amazing experience. From the time we began to work together, I immediately felt inspired to stay consistent with both my physical health and my mental fortitude to keep me going. Rikki was always very supportive and pushed me to greater heights with the proper techniques to see myself flourish more and more every day!.

I would like to recommend Rikki very highly as a sports coach. I came to personal coaching to build strength and flexibility around my own long-distance running training. Rikki listened to my needs and expectations, found my imbalances and weaknesses and built a program that we started on immediately. Her one on one coaching was great at driving me past my own perceived limitations and sharp enough to spot when I should hold back and focus on stretching instead. As soon as I started my own personal program with Rikki, I saw rapid gains in my running form, times, and recovery. If you need to get your body and mind to a certain point, let Rikki coach you.

I workout regularly but have a hard time planning ahead. With Rikki’s help, she created a month-long workout program for me that was easy to follow and offered modifications when needed. Because of our weekly check-ins, it helped me stay on track and gave me that little added accountability to just get the workouts done.

About

Hi, I’m Rikki Wickman.

The elder millennial in me really wants to add a smiley emoji after that introduction, but I’ll refrain.

Back in 2007 I joined the Army Reserves where I trained as a combat medic and physical therapy assistant. Turns out, I was a terrible medic (I panic under pressure). Luckily, I was fantastic with patients in the clinic!

I have since earned several NASM certifications including Certified Personal Trainer, Behavioral Change Coach, and Sports Nutrition Coach.

I am currently working on my Balanced Body Pilates Comprehensive Certification. I have already completed my hours for Pilates Reformer, Chair, and Movement Principles.

I believe adults don’t hear “good job” enough in their daily life. Training gives me the opportunity to not only help people move more comfortably but also give them a space to be the center of attention and shamelessly celebrate their wins.
